I'm proud to say that i am a cocoa farmer's daughter and I'm also from the island of the coveted Trinitario cocoa bean, Trinidad & Tobago. As a child I have picked, cracked, chucked and danced the cocoa that formed raw chocolate.
Fast forward 30 years and I am a Chocolatier who values the knowledge and skills gained in cocoa farming, as

Charms Chocolate is a nod to my heritage, representation of my identity, my love for tropical flavors, and celebration of the most luxurious chocolate with intriguingly bold and unique flavors.

A few things are important to us when choosing our ingredients for our handmade chocolates:
- Fresh ingredients - we use fresh fruits, herbs and spices where possible, or as close to the fresh ingredients as we can.
- Supporting Local Businesses - we support local businesses first before we look for ingredients further afield.

- Bean to bar -When stock permits, we usually source chocolate from plantations in the Western Hemisphere, that employ ethical standards in cocoa producing.
- Quality Chocolate - we use real chocolate formed from the cocoa bean to chocolate bar. We do not use imitation chocolate, stabilizers or preservatives to make our products. Our vegan chocolates and best chocolate gifts and treats are of the most honest quality possible.
