We will do our best to offer products as seen on the website. However there are times when the products vary slightly e.g. in color and occasionally design. We do not compromise on quality.
Our products are not for resale or white-label unless there has been a prior written agreement. We do not do sale promotions on our products. Our prices are only negotiable if bought in large quantities, e.g. over 100.

Shipping, Delivery and Pick up
Temperature controlled, fragile, oversized or large items are only eligible for local delivery or collection. Contact us for more information.
Please ensure all information is accurately provided. We will not accept responsibility for delivery of incorrectly ordered items, delivery to incorrect addresses or persons.
Where does Charms Chocolate ship/deliver?
We ship through our carrier partners all across Canada, all provinces and territories are included.
What is our processing time frame?

Do you do curbside pick up?
Unfortunately we do not offer this service, but offer a local collection pick up point.
Local Collection Service
We can provide a collection service in or around Centrum, Kanata. The arrangement is as such: -
-Order the product via the store website or other site. You will receive confirmation of the order.
- When your order is ready, you will be informed via email, telephone, and/or text.
- An agreed day and time will be negotiated for collection.
- To ensure the freshness and to maintain the quality of your chocolates, please ensure you collect at the agreed day and time.
Fragile items, heavy loads or urgent delivery:
To fulfill your needs for a fragile item, heavy items or for an urgent delivery, please contact us on +1 613 295 7954. Heavy or fragile items are for local collection only. If you wish to have them shipped to a non-local address, please contact us for urgent or express delivery options. Please note that any breakages will be at the customer's expense.
We recognize that you need items urgently. Please call us before placing any urgent order. We will do our best to accommodate your order with either the same day or next day processing, for local delivery or express delivery shortly thereafter. Local collection is usually the best option in this situation.
What are you shipping costs?
To determine the shipping costs for your order, follow these steps:
-Add items to your cart and go to cart page
-Press estimate shipping and tax
-Choose your province and enter your postcode
-Select your delivery method and proceed to checkout
-Your shipping cost will display based on your location. weight of the items and delivery method you choose
-Fixed pricing shipping costs range between $15 and $31 in some cases.
Blind shipping:
In some cases customers purchase our products for their clients or other businesses. We understand the importance and value of the customer-buyer relationship, and would work with you to find the best suited customized items for you. Ask us for more details.
Return and Refund Policy
Our Return and Refund policy consists of the following:
Unfortunately because of the nature of the products we sell, returns are not possible. If you have received a item that is severely broken, poor quality, wrong product sent, or fall under the legally acceptable reasons for returning a product, please email a picture of the delivered product to contactus@charmschocolates.com or text the picture to +1 613-295-7954. We will refund the cost of the item within 10 days or replace any poor quality product, like for like and value for value, upon provision of evidence that the quality was affected by the delivery process, provided there were no breaches.
Ordering the incorrect product, size, color, or providing incorrect information on the order form does not constitute reasons for 'returns'.
